FloatFlow is operated by Daniel Heck, an individual based in Maryland, United States ("Operator," "we," "us").

FloatFlow provides a software platform for cash flow forecasting, financial visualization, and related tools ("Service").
3. No Financial Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
- We do not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
- Outputs are estimates and projections, not guarantees.
- You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain account security.
- Use the Service lawfully.
- Not misuse financial integrations or third-party data.
5. Integrations & Third Parties
FloatFlow integrates with QuickBooks Online and Plaid.
By using these integrations:
- You authorize data access through those platforms.
- You are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party data accuracy or availability.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of imported or user-provided data.
- Accuracy of forecasts or projections.
- Completeness or timeliness of financial information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for financial losses, business interruption, lost profits, or data loss.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or fraudulent or abusive behavior.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
10. Dispute Resolution
You agree to binding arbitration and no class action participation.
